I picked up Dante from the Pueblo Humane Society as a puppy in 2008. He was there with two littermates and all three of them had been shot up with a BB gun. I took him home and we spent nearly 16 years together. He was one of those chihuahuas who give chihuahuas a bad reputation, but I loved him. His favorite activities were biting your toes while you were walking, playing fetch, zoomies, and walks, and as he aged and his mobility and vision declined, he loved being rolled around outside in his wagon. We miss you, little buddy.
